Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing leads, preparing quotes, and tracking sales performance.
- Customer Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and addressing issues.
- Order Management: Process sales orders, maintain contracts, and ensure all documentation is accurate.
- Coordination with Operations: Work with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of O&M services and track service schedules.
- Reporting: Provide sales performance reports and analyze trends for improvement.
- Post-Sales Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction after service completion and address any concerns.
- Administrative Support: Maintain records, schedule meetings, and assist with sales presentations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales coordination, preferably in O&M.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and CRM software skills (e.g., Salesforce).
