Job Description:
Sales Management:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual membership and revenue targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, adjusting strategies to optimize sales outcomes.
- Drive lead generation through campaigns, referrals, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Oversee sales pipeline management (inquiries, tours, follow-ups, closures).
- Implementing client retention strategies.
Customer Service:
- Ensure quality Customer Service at the highest standard (ensure customer satisfaction is obtained in every interaction).
- Maintain strong market awareness – competitor pricing, promotions, and new trends in fitness industry.
- Ensure the facility is maintained at high level of hygiene at all times to offer great experience for the clients.
- Deal with any membership / PT / Group Class – sales enquiries, requests, complaints, concerns, etc.
- Build a good rapport and relationship with all of our members and guests.
Team Leadership & Administration:
- Inducting, Training and Managing the reception team.
- Ensure the team follows SOPs, Monthly Roster and the other assigned administrative tasks.
- Ensure merchandise products are properly organized and restocked on time.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives and share best practices.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are completed in accordance with the Finance Procedures.
- To ensure Safeguarding and Health & Safety procedures are being followed.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service management, preferably within the fitness, hospitality, or wellness industry.
- You must be interactive, customer service oriented with warm, cheerful and expressive personality.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Bilingual Female – Fluent in English & Arabic.
- Customer focused, always drives customer satisfaction while responding to customer enquiries and calls.
Working Conditions
- Based on-site within the gym.
- Flexible working extended hours, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs.
- Active and visible presence on the gym floor to support both sales and service operations.

- Should be available to transfer Sponsorship
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
