Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions or products.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience and feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales (B2B / B2C / ).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Preferred:

  • Experience in [specific industry: FMCG / IT / Real Estate / Software / Manufacturing, etc.].
  • Existing client network or market knowledge in the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,617.78 - ₹20,000.00 per month
