Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions or products.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience and feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales (B2B / B2C / ).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Preferred:
- Experience in [specific industry: FMCG / IT / Real Estate / Software / Manufacturing, etc.].
- Existing client network or market knowledge in the region.
