Job Overview:
Siraj Din Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking confident and customer-oriented Female Sales Executives to join our team for solar product sales. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting solar solutions, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits
- Convert inquiries into successful sales
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams when required
- Ensure proper display and presentation of solar products at the outlet/showroom
- Provide daily sales reports and updates to management
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in retail or sales (preferred)
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of solar systems
