Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and experienced in converting leads into successful clients. Prior experience in business setup or related services is a major advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, manage, and convert leads through calls, meetings, and online channels
• Provide consultation to clients on company formation options, mainland/free zone/offshore structures
• Prepare and present service proposals
• Maintain strong follow-up with potential and existing clients
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, PRO, marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (preferably in business setup or service-based industries)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Professional appearance and client-handling confidence
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
