Job Title: Female Sales Executive (Cold Calling)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Present company products/services clearly and persuasively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the senior sales team.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful lead conversion.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to handle customer objections.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
