Female Sales Executive Cum Business Development Officer

We are looking for a confident and driven Female Sales Executive who can also handle business development responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cold calling and follow-ups with potential clients
• Generate and convert leads into sales
• Build strong conversations with customers and understand their needs
• Present and sell company products or services effectively
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, cold calling, and lead conversion
• Excellent communication and conversation skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
