Female Sales Executive – Diamond Jewellery (Online & Offline)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Female Sales Executive with experience in diamond jewellery (natural and lab-grown) to join our team. This role is hybrid – you will interact with walk-in customers as well as handle, engage, and convert WhatsApp and online inquiries into successful sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist customers in-store with jewellery selection, customisation, and purchases.
• Handle all online customer enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Convert leads from social media into sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with the production team for custom orders and follow-ups.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships through timely responses and after-sales support.
• Manage order details, quotations, invoicing, and CRM updates.
• Support store operations including display management, stock checks, and merchandising.
• Assist during exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

Who You Are

• Prior experience in diamond jewellery sales is a must
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English; other languages a plus)
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Shopify (or similar platforms)
• Confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented
• Enthusiastic about both natural and lab-grown diamond jewellery
• UAE jewellery market knowledge preferred
• Ready to work weekends and mall hours

Work Location:

Dubai Festival City Mall, Dubai, U.A.E.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
