Female Sales Executive (Fit-Out & Décor Works) - Russian speaker Preferably

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our fit-out and décor works.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling
• Present, promote, and sell fit-out and décor works to prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Female candidates only (as per role requirement)
• Minimum 2 years experience in UAE in similar work
• Fluency in English and Russian (both verbal and written) – required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, confident, and target-driven
• Background in fit-out, interior design, or construction is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license is a MUST
