Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to promote and sell our premium leggings designed for ladies gyms, women’s fitness centers, ladies clubs, and wellness communities across the UAE.

Our leggings are high-quality activewear and are also popular among women seeking supportive wear, including lipedema patients. The role requires building strong B2B relationships within the women’s fitness and wellness market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales relationships with ladies gyms, fitness centers, ladies clubs, and sports boutiques.
• Introduce and promote our supportive leggings to wellness centers and relevant healthcare-related outlets (where appropriate).
• Identify and approach new business opportunities in the women’s fitness and wellness sector.
• Conduct product presentations and explain fabric benefits, comfort, and support features.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat orders.
• Monitor competitor products and market trends.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate order processing and delivery follow-ups.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (activewear, fitness products, wellness products, or medical-related garments preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.
• Knowledge of UAE fitness and wellness market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with ladies gyms or wellness brands.
• Existing network within the UAE fitness or women’s wellness community.
• Understanding of compression or supportive garments is a plus.
• Passion for women’s health, fitness, and fashion.
