The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through sales generation, client relationship management, and implementation of marketing strategies. The role demands frequent travel to other cities to meet clients, distributors, and business partners for expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients across different cities.
- Regularly travel to designated cities for client meetings, market visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
- Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and distributors.
- Represent the company in a professional manner while traveling and meeting external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/CSR role (preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage is a plus).
- Positive attitude and team player mindset.
