Female Sales Manager (On-Site)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Female Sales Manager for an on-site role. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, and leading a team of 12+ sales agents through effective communication, leadership, and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 12+ sales agents.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Generate new business opportunities and client leads.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Monitor team performance and provide guidance/training.

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Coordinate with management for sales strategies and growth.

Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Experience in sales management or team handling preferred.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Professional personality and positive attitude.

Basic computer and reporting skills.
