Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries from candidates and clients
  • Provide accurate information regarding job vacancies, recruitment process, and documentation
  • Guide candidates on visa, medical, protector, and travel procedures
  • Maintain candidate and client records and follow up on application status
  • Coordinate with recruitment, sales, and operations teams
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional manner
  • Schedule interviews and communicate employer requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE) regulations
  • Prepare basic reports and update records regularly

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience in customer support or manpower recruitment is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Salary Plus Incentives provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
