Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries from candidates and clients
- Provide accurate information regarding job vacancies, recruitment process, and documentation
- Guide candidates on visa, medical, protector, and travel procedures
- Maintain candidate and client records and follow up on application status
- Coordinate with recruitment, sales, and operations teams
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional manner
- Schedule interviews and communicate employer requirements
- Ensure compliance with Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE) regulations
- Prepare basic reports and update records regularly
Qualifications & Skills:
- Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience in customer support or manpower recruitment is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
