Soft Nation Technologies is looking for Female Sales Representative to join the team

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Timings: 11am-8pm

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can build strong customer relationships, convert leads into clients, and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Present and promote products/services to customers through effective communication.
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and required documentation.
• Maintain and update CRM records and sales trackers.
• Collaborate with the team to improve strategies and meet collective goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Fresh–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (fresh candidates with strong communication may also apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle client objections professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
