Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Female Sales Representative Arabic Speaker to join our growing team in Dubai. You will handle customer inquiries, promote credit and financial services, and help clients manage repayments or debt restructuring.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for sales and customer support
• Promote financial products & close leads
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Accurately update customer records in CRM
• Provide high-quality customer service and resolve complaints

Requirements:

• Strong English communication English Mandatory with Arabic
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service / Sales (preferably in finance or credit)
• Target-driven, team player, and confident negotiator
• Familiar with UAE credit management practices is a bonus
• Basic computer & CRM software skills
