FEMALE Sales Representative for CAR RENTAL.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Female Car Rental Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with vehicle rentals, promote services, and ensure a smooth rental experience from booking to return.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and online
• Explain rental terms, pricing, insurance coverage, and policies
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Process reservations, contracts, and payments
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with operations team for vehicle availability
• Promote additional services (insurance, upgrades, add-ons)
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
