Female Salon Receptionist

We are seeking experienced Female Receptionists to join our team immediately in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Salon, Clinic, or Hospital settings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Currently based in Dubai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers arriving at the salon and provide them with the information regarding salon services.
• Answer any service related questions
• Determine customer's need for salon services by figuring out their problem areas
• Ensure that customers are handed over to the correct staff member for their services
• Answer telephone calls and provide information to callers
• Schedule appointments and make follow up calls to customers to remind them of their appointments
• Handle appointment cancellation and shifting duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
