Female Salon Supervisor

We are Hiring Female Salon Supervisor

• 1. Daily Operations Management
• Oversee the smooth functioning of day-to-day salon operations.

2. Staff Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise hairstylists, beauticians, receptionists, and cleaners.
• Assign daily duties and ensure all team members follow salon standards.
• Conduct team briefings and communicate targets, promotions, and updates.
• Resolve staff issues professionally and maintain discipline.

3. Customer Service Excellence

• Greet clients, handle inquiries, and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Address client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all services meet company standards and client expectations.

4. Sales & Targets

• Motivate staff to achieve service and product sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales reports and work toward improving performance.
• Promote salon packages, offers, memberships, and retail products.

5. Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor stock levels of products, tools, and consumables.
• Place orders on time to prevent shortages.
• Maintain proper record-keeping of received and used items.

6. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and guide staff to improve their skills.
• Ensure all employees follow safety, hygiene, and service protocols.

7. Compliance & Safety

• Enforce salon policies, SOPs, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

8. Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, attendance, expenses, and issues.
• Report operational challenges to management and suggest improvements.
• Ensure all service areas, equipment, and tools are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and uniform standards.

Experience:

• 4years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Start AED 5000

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
