We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary (Female) to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize files, records, and documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Good communication skills in English .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and professional attitude.
