Job Summary
We are looking for a Secretary / Cleaning Supervisor with experience in the cleaning or service industry. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations, provide excellent customer care, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Care & Administration
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and service reports
- Manage daily schedules, bookings, and calendars
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Use Microsoft Excel for reports and service tracking
Staff Management
- Assign daily jobs to cleaners and technicians
- Monitor punctuality, grooming, and performance
- Conduct on-site checks to ensure service quality
- Train new staff on cleaning standards and procedures
Cleaning Operations
- Ensure cleaners follow correct cleaning procedures (deep cleaning, housekeeping, holiday homes, AC cleaning, etc.)
- Monitor material usage and proper cleaning product handling
- Ensure all jobs meet My Cleaner’s quality standards
Operational & Financial Support
- Create and verify invoices
- Track petty cash, expenses, and stock
- Support daily/weekly operations reporting
Requirements
- Experience in a cleaning company or service industry (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and coordinate staff
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, invoicing, and office tools
- Good understanding of cleaning processes and materials
- Fluent in English (Tagalog/Hindi is a plus)
