- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and responding to inquiries as needed. Maintaining organized and up-to-date records, files, and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
- Preparing, editing, and distributing memos, documents, reports, and spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Supporting and assisting with HR-related tasks, with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records.
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar secretarial or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently.
