ARCHPIX Engineering Consultants is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a strong background in Interior Design, Fit-Out, and Engineering Consultancy with a passion for building client relationships and driving business growth — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities across Interior Design, Fit-Out, and Engineering Consultancy sectors

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors

* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closing

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project follow-ups

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth strategies

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction

* Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and project teams for smooth project handover

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction

* Represent the company at industry events and networking platforms

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in Business Development / Sales within Fit-Out, Interior Design, or Engineering Consultancy

✔ Strong network within the UAE market

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in client-facing roles

✔ Independent, confident, and highly target driven

✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in client-facing roles

✔ Arabic & English speaking is preferred
