Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager – HR who can independently handle Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Vendor Coordination, and Facility Management Services. The role demands a dynamic professional capable of managing both HR operations and administrative functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Payroll & Compliance:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculation, pay sheet preparation, and verification.
  • Handle ESI, PF, PT, and GST challans, audits, and statutory returns.
  • Maintain compliance reports and ensure timely filing of returns.
  • Support in statutory and internal audits related to HR and payroll.

Vendor & Facility Management:

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility management, housekeeping, and office maintenance.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, renewals, and service quality.
  • Ensure timely payments and maintain vendor documentation and records.
  • Oversee office administration, asset tracking, and general facility upkeep.

Recruitment & HR Operations:

  • Support hiring activities for junior to mid-level positions.
  • Maintain employee data, attendance, and leave management.
  • Coordinate with management on policy implementation and HR initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, ESI, PF, PT, and GST compliance.
  • Experience in vendor management and facility operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
