Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for key positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach to talent acquisition, demonstrate strong consultative skills, and drive hiring initiatives that support business growth, organizational goals, and workforce diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the HR Manager to define role requirements, develop detailed job descriptions, and design recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions across multiple departments.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to track performance, identify hiring challenges, and recommend process improvements.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals, and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Actively engage with passive candidates and maintain long-term professional relationships for future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and facilitate feedback sessions with hiring teams.
- Provide guidance on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation methods, and selection criteria.
- Lead offer negotiations, coordinate background checks, and support onboarding processes.
- Strengthen the company’s employer brand through compelling job postings, social media engagement, and participation in industry events.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse talent and promote inclusive hiring practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- 4 to 5 years of progressive experience specifically in recruitment
- Demonstrated success in hiring for technical positions in a social media agency environment
- Hands-on expertise in sourcing candidates from multiple recruitment platforms and sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition trends.
- Professional certification in HR or Recruitment & Selection is an advantage.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 per month
