Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Female Service Advisor to join our automotive service center handling multi-branded vehicles. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent service experience and smooth coordination of repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand vehicle concerns
- Prepare job cards and service estimates
- Coordinate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repairs
- Provide updates to customers on repair status and timelines
- Recommend additional maintenance or repair services when needed
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate records of services and invoices
- Follow up with customers after service completion
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Experience handling multi-branded vehicles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with workshop management systems is an advantage
