Female Service Advisor – Multi-Branded Vehicles

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Female Service Advisor to join our automotive service center handling multi-branded vehicles. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent service experience and smooth coordination of repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand vehicle concerns
• Prepare job cards and service estimates
• Coordinate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repairs
• Provide updates to customers on repair status and timelines
• Recommend additional maintenance or repair services when needed
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate records of services and invoices
• Follow up with customers after service completion

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
• Experience handling multi-branded vehicles
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with workshop management systems is an advantage
