Female Shift Incharge ( Night Shift)

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Female Shift Incharge to manage and oversee night shift operations at our academy. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain discipline, and support team performance.

Shift Timings: 9PM-6AM( Monday To Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prior experience in management or a relevant field (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented

Requirements:

• Excellent listening, observation, and analytical skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Skype, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to handle feedback professionally and maintain confidentiality
