Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join BrainOBrain Tuticorin team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and inspiring students to achieve their full potential. This role involves planning, delivering, and assessing lessons in accordance with the curriculum, while also providing support and guidance to students in their academic and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing and feedback.
• Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behaviour.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching qualification is essential.
• Strong knowledge of teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and assessment.
