Social Media Community Manager
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Community Manager to manage our digital presence and engage with our online community professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube
- Handle and update the company website
- Create, schedule and publish engaging content
- Respond to customer messages, comments and inquiries; professionally
- Maintain a positive and consistent brand image
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas
- Coordinate with internal teams for promotions and campaigns
Requirements:
- Experience in social media management
- Strong communication skills in English & Urdu
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Creative mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
