Job Description:

IXORA is a premium skincare brand dedicated to providing natural, organic, and high-quality products that promote healthy and radiant skin. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Handler to manage and enhance our online presence across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create engaging, original, and visually appealing content (photos, videos, captions, stories, reels).
• Manage daily posting and interaction across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitors to optimize performance.
• Respond promptly to customer comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
• Suggest new ways to attract potential customers and boost brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Handler, Social Media Executive, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
