Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our partner company’s presence across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong personal social media following, excellent content creation skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle the company’s official social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality reels, short videos, and long-form video content aligned with the brand strategy.
• Plan and execute engaging content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
• Promote company products and services through both company social media accounts and personal social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Develop interactive posts, captions, stories, and videos to increase followers, likes, shares, and overall engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to optimize content strategy.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on growth, reach, and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong personal social media presence with a good number of genuine followers.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok algorithms, reels, and video formats.
• Skilled in creating engaging short-form and long-form videos.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools and social media analytics.
• Creative mindset with strong communication and content writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in promoting products or brands on social media is a plus.
