We’re Hiring: Female Social Media Executive

Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi
Industry: Beauty (Skin & Hair Care)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the brand’s presence on platforms including Facebook, Instagram etc.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the brand’s voice and aesthetics.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build positive online community interactions.
• Assist the Brand Manager in daily operational and marketing activities.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools / prompt engineering for content creation.
• Strong creative design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar).
• Experience managing social media campaigns for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Excellent visual communication and digital storytelling skills.
• Ability to work on-site in DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
• Knowledge of the beauty industry is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (beauty industry Knowledge OR experience preferred).
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong communication, creativity, and organisational skills.
