Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests
Manage Spa appointments and reservations efficiently.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for Spa guests.
Handle payments and manage Spa’s booking system.
Provide information on Spa services, packages, and promotions.
What We’re Looking For:
5 year experience in a receptionist or customer service position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask
Friendly, professional with a can do attitude.
Knowledge of computer skills and ability to learn scheduling software.
