Job Description :

· Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.

· Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care strategies that meet patient needs.

· Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to the healthcare team, and respond to emergency situations.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to infection control policies and promoting patient safety.

· Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
