Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated female professional to join our team for managing operations, logistics, inventory, and financial tracking to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms and our website.

2. Manage and process orders received from social media platforms.

3. Confirm orders with customers prior to dispatch and ensure smooth coordination with the dispatch team.

4. Manage order dispatch and courier coordination.

5. Negotiate courier rates and optimize logistics.

6. Manage ledgers.

7. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

8. Follow up with customers for feedback and reviews.

9. Maintain inventory and stock records.

10. Create purchase orders and manage stock levels.

11. Prepare sales and profit/loss reports.

12. Reach out to potential new customers to expand brand awareness and sales.

13. Use Canva for content creation and Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

1. Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Finance,Marketing or a related field.

2. Up to 2 years of experience.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills.

4.Customer-focused. attitude.

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
