Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated female professional to join our team as a Social Media Marketing

Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms, Daraz, and our website.

2. Manage and process orders received from social media platforms.

3. Confirm orders with customers prior to dispatch and ensure smooth coordination with the dispatch team

4. Follow up with customers for feedback and reviews.

5. Create and publish engaging, brand-aligned content across all social media platforms.

6. Plan and run product advertisements and promotional campaigns.

7. Manage and optimize the Daraz store to enhance visibility and sales performance.

8. Reach out to potential new customers to expand brand awareness and sales.
9. Use Canva for content creation and Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

1. Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

2. Up to 2 years of experience in marketing (social media marketing experience preferred).

3. Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills.

4.Customer-focused. attitude.

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
