Female Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of 20-25 female staff, ensuring effective communication, team coordination, and a positive work environment.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure the store is running efficiently and customer needs are being met.
• Handle inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to staff to ensure they meet company standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
• Assist in setting up store displays and promotions to maximize product visibility and sales.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail or cosmetics.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle inventory and stock management efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A positive attitude and the ability to create a welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
• Prior experience in cosmetics or beauty industry is a plus.
