Female Supervisor for Quranic Classes

Overview

We are hiring a dedicated and well-organized female supervisor to oversee and manage our online Quran classes. The ideal candidate must have strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills to ensure smooth class operations, teacher supervision, and student progress monitoring.

Available Shifts & Salary

We have three shift options for this position:

• 4:15 PM to 4:15 AM — Rs. 30,000/month
• 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM — Rs. 25,000/month
• 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM — Rs. 16,000/month

(On Saturdays, classes are not back-to-back, but availability is required for scheduled sessions. The shift may be adjusted or become flexible over time.)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely execution of all online Quran classes
• Supervise teachers and maintain high teaching standards
• Monitor students’ academic progress and homework
• Coordinate scheduling between teachers and students
• Communicate with parents, students, and staff to resolve issues
• Adjust class schedules when needed
• Use tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Excel for tracking attendance and class records
• Handle basic administrative tasks and prepare performance reports

Eligibility Criteria (All Must Be Met)

• Only female candidates can apply
• Married candidates are NOT eligible
• Must have completed Dars-e-Nizami or an equivalent Islamic Studies program

(Enrolled students will not be considered)

• Must reside in Lahore or nearby areas
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Must own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection
• Must be available to visit Lahore once for document submission

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently
• Excellent English communication skills
