Female Supervisor for Quranic Classes - 4pm to 2am

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized female supervisor to manage and oversee our online Quran classes. This role requires strong communication and time management skills to ensure effective class operations, teacher supervision, and academic progress monitoring.

Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Salary: Rs. 25,000/month
Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in or near Lahore)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 4:00 PM –2:00 AM
(On Saturdays, classes are not back-to-back, but you must be available for all scheduled sessions, and the shift can be adjusted or can be flexible after sometime)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and smooth execution of all online Quran classes
• Supervise teachers and maintain high teaching standards
• Monitor students’ academic progress and homework
• Coordinate class schedules between students and teachers
• Communicate with parents, students, and staff to address any issues
• Manage and adjust class schedules when needed
• Use tools like Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Excel for class and attendance tracking
• Handle basic administrative tasks, maintain class records, and prepare performance reports

Eligibility Criteria (Must Fulfill All):

• Only female candidates can apply
• Married candidates are not eligible
• Must have completed Dars-e-Nizami or an equivalent Islamic Studies program (enrolled students are not eligible)
• Must reside in Lahore or nearby areas (Candidates from other cities will not be considered)
• Must have a strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Must own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection
• Must be available to visit Lahore once for document submission

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
• Must have a strong command of English (spoken and written)
