Night Leaf Café is a modern and vibrant café located in the heart of Bahria Town Phase 4, providing customers with a warm atmosphere, quality food, and excellent service. We are looking for a motivated and responsible Female Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise café operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and support café staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Ensure compliance with café policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist management in scheduling shifts, training staff, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in café/restaurant/hospitality supervision is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Professional, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to manage staff and operations independently.
• Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
