Female Supervisor – Online Quran Classes & Digital Media

Job Summary

We are hiring a female supervisor to manage our online Quran classes and also take responsibility for social media management, digital media, and SEO. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and technical skills to ensure smooth academic operations while improving our online presence.

Responsibilities

Class Supervision

• Oversee daily Quran classes and ensure timely execution.
• Supervise teachers and uphold high teaching standards.
• Monitor students’ academic progress and homework.
• Coordinate and adjust schedules between teachers and students.
• Communicate with parents and students to resolve issues.
• Maintain attendance, performance records, and reports.

Digital Media & SEO

• Manage official social media accounts.
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content.
• Handle queries, comments, and messages on social platforms.
• Apply SEO techniques to improve visibility and ranking.
• Support in online promotions and campaigns.

Eligibility Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Married candidates are not eligible.
• Must have completed Dars-e-Nizami or equivalent Islamic Studies program (students not eligible).
• Must live in Lahore or nearby areas (other cities not considered).
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Must own a laptop and have reliable internet.
• Must be able to visit Lahore once for document submission.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of social media management and basic SEO.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Salary: Rs. 30,000/month

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 6:45 PM – 7:30 AM
(Saturdays are lighter with fewer back-to-back classes, but availability is required for scheduled sessions)

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in or near Lahore)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
