Female Supervisor - Wellness Industry

We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Female Supervisor to join our Mind Wellness Center.

Position: Supervisor

Industry: Mental Health / Wellness

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations of the wellness center

* Supervise staff and ensure high standards of client care

* Coordinate appointments, programs, and wellness activities

* Maintain a calm, supportive, and professional environment

* Handle client concerns with empathy and confidentiality

* Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Female candidate (mandatory)

* Preferred nationality: Lebanese or Jordanian

* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role (wellness, healthcare, or hospitality preferred)

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism

* Fluent in English and Arabic
