Job Description:

Creditcare Credit Management LLC is seeking a female Team Leader for our Collections department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in collections, customer service, or sales within a financial or credit management company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of collection agents.
• Ensure daily targets and KPIs are met.
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally.
• Monitor and improve team performance.
• Coordinate with other departments for efficient debt recovery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in collections, customer service, or sales.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Female candidates only (as per company requirements).
• Based in UAE or willing to relocate.
