Ryelogic is looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a digital marketing agency and a strong understanding of technical and digital roles. This position requires someone who can manage the full recruitment cycle and contribute to building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and digital marketing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Stay updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of technical, IT, and digital marketing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and professional networking platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
