Ryelogic is looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a digital marketing agency and a strong understanding of technical and digital roles. This position requires someone who can manage the full recruitment cycle and contribute to building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and digital marketing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Stay updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and market conditions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a digital marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of technical, IT, and digital marketing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and professional networking platforms
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
