Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele-caller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
• Handle inbound clients inquiries and provide project information.
• Explain developer projects and services clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain clients database with updated information.
• Follow up with interested clients to close sales or schedule meetings.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
