Female Tele-caller - Dubai Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele-caller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers, generating leads, explaining about Dubai Real Estate Market and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
• Handle inbound client inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Explain Real Estate clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain client database with updated information.
• Follow up with interested client to close sales or schedule meetings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tele-caller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
