Female Tele caller- Dubai Real Estate

About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Female Secondary Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tele calling, client interaction, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound tele calling to potential clients
• Introduce and explain our real estate services clearly and professionally
• Schedule meetings between clients and property consultants
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales team
• Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
• Meet daily and monthly call targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tele calling/telesales
• Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate and qualify leads effectively
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality
