Full job description

• · Conduct daily outbound calls to potential leads generated through online portals, marketing campaigns, and property inquiries.
• · Qualify and categorize leads based on interest, urgency, and budget.
• · To build client interest and schedule property viewings or meetings.
• · Provide clients with information related to current property inventory, pricing, payment plans, and availability.
• · Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
• · Assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
• · Stay updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to improve performance
• · Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions to enhance skills and performance
