Female Tele Marketing Executive

Cold calling to Customers who are using PABXs / CCTV / Time Attendance Machines via given phone directory .Answer incoming calls from prospective customers. Use scripts to provide information about product's and features, to Customers. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements.

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Introduce company products/services and explain their benefits.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Maintain customer records and update data regularly.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
