Female Tele Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling meetings/site visits for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sales confidence, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors.
  • Generate and qualify leads for real estate projects.
  • Explain project details, payment plans, and investment opportunities to clients.
  • Follow up regularly with interested customers.
  • Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
  • Handle client queries professionally over calls and WhatsApp.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or real estate sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Fluent in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is a plus.
  • Ability to work under targets and pressure.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and professional behavior.
