Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound & outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel packages, tours, tickets, visas, and related services
• Follow up on inquiries received through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Explain travel products, offers, and pricing clearly to customers
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Achieve daily and monthly sales call and conversion targets
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth booking processes
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable solutions
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements
• Assist senior sales executives when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
